Al Heighton
Al Heighton is a cheeky chap from Doncaster, South Yorkshire who studied Graphic design but gravitated to illustration to make folk smile. Al has contributed images and worked for The Guardian, Marks and Spencer, The Arctic Monkeys, Newby Hall,Pentagram, Boots, Bolton College, Graniph, and many more. Al describes his work as sitting in an adult world, the fashion world at times and a child's world. Earlier this year Al completed his first solo show 'The Sporting Almanac Of Al Heighton' at http://hornseys.com which was well attended. Al is looking forward to doing more solo shows, more cycling,reading and drinking more cups of tea.
