Whether a conversation between spaces and people stems from its use (programmatic or cultural), a phenomenon of the site (climate), a technological possibility (structure, material) or some other driver of desire - usually all of the above - these considerations all serve as motivation. Our architectural ambition is that type of engagement: one in which the potential of establishing an exchange between people and spaces leads to a new environment.
Dieter Janssen is the director, a Member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada and an Architect in the province of Ontario.

"Lil' Ludwig Playhouse" These are assembly instructions for a do-it-yourself children's playhouse. The piece makes use of available plastic lumber components to create a 1/4 scale version of the Farnsworth House by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.
