GALA Curios is a jewellery label by Sydney-based designer, Jasmine O'Loughlin. Focused on concept and craftsmanship, GALA Curios aims to bridge the gap between sculpture and wearable ornament.

Designer Jasmine O'Loughlin's multi-disciplinary background, spanning jewellery, textile, & footwear design, as well as studies in art history, has been instrumental in shaping a highly experimental approach to her jewellery practice. Working with materials as diverse as laser-cut leathers, powder-coated steel, & real paper & textiles covered in fine layers of precious & semi-precious metals, Jasmine's GALA Curios question the traditional materiality of jewellery & invite the wearer to consider the process of creation.

As well as directing her solo jewellery project, GALA Curios, Jasmine is also a lecturer in the design faculty of The College of Fine Arts (University of New South Wales).
