Gemma Degara
Gemma Degara is characterized for working with versatile collections where functionality and comfort are the real protagonists.
Gemma is also renowned for lots of detail and a unique identity. Her "180º" garments exemplify this approach - allowing the wearer to interpret the same garment in different ways due to being able to choose which side would be the front.
In 2003 she was awarded "Best Emerging Designer" in the 18th Edition of the ModaFAD awards. This gave her the oportunity to parade in the 2004 Barcelona Fashion Week. She has taken part in the Ego de la Pasarela de Cibeles with her "Entre sirenas y medusas" and "Caída libre" collections.
Nowadays she exhibits and presents her collections at Rendez-vous Showroom in Paris.
