Iain Macarthur
the drawing addict known as Iain was born in swindon, his passion for art and design started during his childhood years from many art trips at school and also watching many cartoon shows, making doodles a lot during class and dreaming hopefully to be an artist one day. He is now a freelance illustrator drawing bizarre things that come into his mind.
graduated from swindon college HND illustration in 2008, his style is a combination of pencil and ink using ideas and inspiration from pattern designs, old skool tattoos, nature and animals. he also likes experimenting in portrait drawing with surreal elements.
he has done many commissions for clients such as 55DSL, NIKE, NOKIA, tank theory clothing, be-street magazine, all saints clothing and many more.
