Javier Artadi graduates in 1985, from Ricardo Palma University Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism in Lima, Peru
In 1986 he opened his private practice in architecture from where in the past two decades has been responsible for numerous projects, from urban masterplans, public infrastructure, civic and cultural buildings, offices and workplaces to private houses and product design.
Since its beginning, he has received awards and distinctions, and has won plenty architectural competitions.
As from 2000 he's been a professor for Architectural Design Studio in the Faculty of Architecture of the Peruvian University for Applied Sciences - UPC.
He has been invited to present and display his work in events of architecture in several countries of all the world.
His work has been published in architecture magazines from the four continents like "Interni", from Italy; "Abstract", from Belgium; "Escala" from Colombia; "Architectural Digest", from the United States; "Interior Digest" from Russia ; "Icon "from United Kingdom and "Architectural Record" where his Beach House in Las Arenas was chosen as one of the Record Houses of 2006 and in specialized books of architecture like the House In front of the Sea, in Spain ; "The Latin American House", in Italy ; "Encyclopedia of Detail in Contemporary Residential Architecture", in United Kingdom ; "A-Z / Arhitecture Zone", in China.
